BonkShop is the platform that lets you purchase products from Amazon using Bonk and other Solana tokens. We're basically the bridge between your crypto bag and Amazon's everything store! 🌉

We facilitate the transaction process but we're not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon (yet 👀). Our Services act as an intermediary between you, the Solana blockchain, and Amazon's platform. We don't sell or provide any products directly - we're just here to make crypto shopping absolutely fire! 🔥

To use our Services, you'll need to connect your Solana wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and for all activities that occur using your wallet. Not your keys, not your crypto - you know the drill! 🔑

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (no fake it till you make it here!)
• Maintain the security of your wallet and credentials like a true diamond hands HODLer 💎
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

By using our Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your transactions. Payments are processed through the Solana blockchain network - fast, cheap, and absolutely based! ⚡

You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible (no ctrl+z in crypto, anon!)
• You're responsible for providing the correct wallet address and transaction details
• Price fluctuations in crypto value may occur (that's just how the market do! 📈📉)
• Network fees for Solana transactions are separate from our service fees

Look, we're pretty based but we're not responsible for everything in the crypto universe! BonkShop is not responsible for:

• Products purchased through Amazon (that's between you and Bezos! 📦)
• Disruptions in the Solana blockchain network (even Solana has bad days sometimes)
• Issues with Amazon's services or policies
• Losses due to cryptocurrency volatility (welcome to crypto, first time? 🎢)
• Delays in order processing or delivery

In no event shall BonkShop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We're not your financial advisor - DYOR! 🔍

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BonkShop is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. Let's hope it never comes to that though! 🤞

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time because crypto moves fast and so do we! We'll provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
